NOUGAT ROM FOR SONY XPERIA ARC/ ARC S
Hello guys this is Pawan from PITSS.
Here I am presenting awesome nougat based LINEAGE OS(Cyanogen OS) 14.1 (Android 7.1) rom for our sony xpeira arc and arc s LT18i
Working:
Everything as far i tested 😉
Basic Requirements:
Fastboot
adb tool(you can download from my blog)
LINEAGE ROM
Steps:
1. Download all requested files
2. make sure you have installed adb drivers or use pdanet for pc for installing up drivers
2. Extract the adb folder eg. C:\adb
3. extract the boot.img file from the rom file
4. Poweroff the phone
5. connect the usb with menu button pressed
6. now go to your adb folder eg c:\adb
7. press and hold ctrl + shift press right mouse button and choose open command prompt here
8. type fastboot flash boot boot.img
9. now unplug your phone and restart it in recovery mode by pressing volume buttons repeatedly along with power buttons
10. it would show cyanogen recovery
11. choose update from adb
12. now type adb sideload rom.zip
13. restart the phone on completion
